Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using A2P Master ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

A2P Master provides A2P 10DLC compliance tools including automated website generation, privacy policy generation, terms of service generation, and registration packet creation for SMS campaign registration.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One account per person — duplicate accounts, aliases, or disposable emails are prohibited
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Free credits are non-transferable and expire after 30 days
• We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate our terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for spam, fraud, or any illegal purpose
• Generate compliance sites for prohibited industries (as defined by TCR/carriers)
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or free credits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
• Resell or redistribute generated content without a valid license

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

A2P Master provides tools to assist with A2P compliance. We do NOT guarantee campaign approval — final approval is at the discretion of carriers and The Campaign Registry (TCR). We are not liable for rejected campaigns, carrier decisions, or any damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Generated websites and content are licensed to you for compliance purposes. A2P Master retains ownership of the platform, templates, and generation algorithms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
