3. SMS & Opt-In Data

A2P Master generates compliance websites with SMS opt-in forms. Data collected through these forms (visitor names, emails, phone numbers, consent records) is stored securely and used solely by the business owner who created the compliance site.

We do NOT sell, share, or transfer opt-in data to any third parties. All SMS originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. All data is stored on secure infrastructure (Supabase) with automatic backups.
